The practice app
- Study mode: pick an answer and the full explanation opens straight away, for the right answer and every wrong one.
- Timed mocks: 6 exams of 120 questions in 120 minutes, with a countdown clock.
- A score for each topic after every mock, so you can see where to study next.
- Every timed exam is saved on your device with its score. Open My results to look back or retry the questions you missed.

981 distinct questions, each with a full explanation. Six different 120-question mocks, timed at 120 minutes, with a score for each of the exam's five areas at the end. Then go back through every question you missed: why the right answer is right, what each wrong answer was built out of, and the detail that rules it out. Everything opens offline in your browser and is yours to keep.
What is in the bundle

Practice-exam app with six timed mocks of 120 questions
Each mock is 120 questions in 120 minutes, drawn at the published weights, with a score report by area at the end. The 6 mocks use 720 different questions between them.

981 distinct practice questions in the app
Each with a worked explanation. A study mode works them by area, with the explanation shown after each answer.

The book: Practice Questions for the EMT National Registry Certification Exam
EPUB and PDF. It prints 178 of the app's questions: a diagnostic of 18 questions, one chapter per area, two timed practice exams of 71 questions each, and a second-best-answer drill of 40 questions.

80 key-term flashcards
An Anki deck (.apkg), a CSV, a Quizlet/Brainscape import file and printable cut-out cards (PDF). The Anki file also carries all 981 practice questions as a second deck.

5 one-page cheat sheets
One per exam area, with the traps each area sets.

A 30-day and a 60-day study planner
Day-by-day tasks that combine the book, the app and the flashcards. PDF, 3 pages.

A 281-term glossary
The terms the exam expects you to know, A to Z. PDF.
Instant download: one HTML practice-exam app (opens offline in any modern browser on a computer, phone or tablet; nothing to install, no account), EPUB, PDFs, an Anki .apkg, a CSV and a text import file.
What is different about the explanations
Most prep books explain the correct answer and leave the other three alone. Every explanation in the book does four things: why the key is right, traced to the task statement it came from; why each wrong option was tempting, naming the misconception behind it; the detail in the question that rules that option out; and the one line that separates the key from the next-best option. On a scenario exam the failure mode is rarely ignorance. It is choosing the second-best answer.

One download, every screen
Works on your phone, tablet and computer
The practice app is one file. It opens in any modern browser, works offline once it is open, and you can add it to your home screen so it sits next to your other apps. Nothing to install, no account.

What it is, and what it is not
- Independent practice material. The app is not an official exam simulator, and nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
- Every question is original, written from the published NREMT EMT test plan. No question is taken from, or modelled on, any real exam question.
- Every question here is four-option multiple choice. The real exam also uses multiple-response, options-table, build-list and drag-and-drop items, which this bundle does not reproduce.
- No product can promise a result. This one shows which answers are wrong, and what each wrong answer was built out of, before the exam asks.
