Refund policy

One policy for everything bought here

Everything bought on this site carries the same 30-day refund policy: ebooks, audiobooks, book bundles, exam practice bundles and the Career Accelerators. Email the address on your receipt within 30 days of purchase and we refund what you paid, plus the sales tax charged on it. No forms, no questions about your reasons.

One refund per customer for each product: a refund ends your right to the files, and a second purchase of the same product by the same buyer is not refundable.

There is no pass guarantee and no promise of any exam, interview or job result on any product: this refund policy is the only refund term.

How to request a refund

Reply to the receipt email you received at checkout, or write to support@fromexperiencetoevidence.com with the email address you used to buy. A person reads every reply and answers within two business days. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with (through Payhip) and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Purchases from other stores

A book bought from Amazon, Apple, Google, Kobo or another store is refunded under that store's own policy; ask the store, not us, because we cannot see or reverse that sale.

Affiliate commissions

A refunded sale earns no affiliate commission: a refund reverses the commission recorded on that sale, and a commission already paid is taken off the partner's next payout.
