Partner program terms

Eligibility

Anyone may join the partner program by signing up on this site. Every partner must follow these terms.

Commissions and attribution

A sale is credited to you when the buyer enters your discount code at checkout. Your short link takes your audience to the product page; it does not credit a sale on its own.

  • 40% of the amount the buyer actually paid, before tax and shipping, on every product bought with your code: exam practice bundles, Career Accelerators and books alike.
  • In a calendar month in which 5 or more sales are made with your code (all products together, refunded sales not counted), every sale that month earns 50%, the first one included.
  • No commission is paid on refunded sales. If a refund comes after the commission was paid, it is taken off your next payout; if a refund takes a month under 5 sales, that month is recomputed at 40%.
  • A sale made on another marketplace is paid through that marketplace's own affiliate program, not through your code.

Payouts

  • Monthly, by PayPal, on the 15th, for the previous month's sales.
  • A $20 minimum; a smaller balance carries forward to the next month.

Prohibited conduct

  • No bidding on paid search or social ads for our brand terms, including "From Experience to Evidence" and "Career Accelerator."
  • No posting codes to coupon or deal-aggregator sites.
  • No buying through your own link or code, and none through it for a family member.
  • No unsolicited bulk messaging to promote your link or code.
  • No incentivized or fake reviews.

Disclosure requirement

Every post, video, or email that promotes your link or code must disclose the relationship in the post itself, not only in a bio or a comment: "Ad: I earn a commission if you buy with my link or code." Use your own jurisdiction's required wording if it differs.

Termination

An account that breaks these terms can be removed from the program. Commissions tied to a sale that is cancelled, refunded, or found to violate these terms are not paid, or are reversed if already paid.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page governs.
